The Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court unveiled a litigation service office in Guzhen township in the city of Zhongshan, the first township-level IP service institution in China. The office will receive complaints and provide legal consultation, case registration and searches, and mediation. Guzhen is a nationally renowned base of lighting facilities manufacturing, and Zhongshan has been involved in one-fifth of all the cases at the Guangzhou IP court since its establishment late last year.
