Jiangsu: Training Advises How to do Business in United States

 

Training was held in Changzhou on Thursday and Friday for local IP authorities, IP service organizations and companies that do business in the United States or plan to do so. Three senior IP lawyers from US law firm Goodwin Procter LLP gave classes that included strategies for Chinese companies when applying for US patents and how to deal with US Section 337 investigations. The program aimed to help local companies better compete and control risks in overseas markets.
