Anhui: Family Prosecuted for Selling Counterfeit Seasonings

A father and his two sons were recently prosecuted for selling counterfeit seasonings. The family started the illegal business in 2012. They purchased seasonings, including gourmet powder, chicken extract and millet spirit, and sold them carrying fake labels of famous brands in the countryside near Bengbu. They trio had earned more than 100,000 yuan ($15,615) by the beginning of this year, when local police raided their base and found more than 100 boxes of counterfeit seasonings.
