Two companies in Hunan, including Sansure Biotech Co, recently signed two 80 million yuan ($12.93 million) deals with Shanghai Pudong Development Bank to get the highest patent-collateralized loan in the province. By December, patent-collateralized loans in Hunan totaled 320 million yuan, up 100 million yuan over the previous year.
