A vocational high school in Chengdu set up a scholarship for patent innovation with the cooperation of a local IP service agency, the first of its kind in the area. According to the school, the initiative is intended to encourage students to make scientific creations, increase their skills and raise their awareness of patent protection. The highest award is 3,000 yuan.
