The State Intellectual Property Office recently announced the 2012 qualification examinations for patent agencies and agents.

SIPO said this year it will use an online system to increase the efficiency of examinations. Agencies and agents are requested to submit applications to the system by the end of September.

Examinations will last until January. During the period applications for new agencies will be suspended.
