Police in Shenzhen have detained four company executives after a large pirate disc factory was discovered hidden at a high-tech company in Pingshan New District.

One police team seized 119,500 illegally copied discs on a company truck parked at a bus station. Another team found 132,200 suspected pirated discs, 31 master discs and seven production lines at the company's headquarters, where they arrested the company's chairman and nine workers.

Experts from the national office "fighting against pornography and illegal publications" said the case is the most successful of its kind this year.
