A number of Zhuhai-based printer consumable companies unveiled proprietary products at an international expo from Oct 13 to 15.

The city in the Pearl River Delta region is a key center for production of printer consumables, where about 70 percent of the world's ribbons, 60 percent of ink cartridges and 30 percent of toner cartridges are made.

Zhuhai Print-Rite Technology Development Co Ltd, the world's largest maker of printer consumables, unveiled an innovative printing system that is the first of its kind worldwide. Another Zhuhai company, Seine Technology, premiered five types of patented all-in-one laser printers.
