The provincial government has begun a project to support small and medium-sized startups build their intellectual property (IP) systems.

Authorities said eligible companies will receive comprehensive IP services as well as funds for training, patent pre-warning analysis and database compilation.

To date, 37 companies have been chosen after they met requirements on potential, capacity, innovation and proprietary technology.
