Recently, central China's Henan Province formally launched a special campaign to fight collective patent infringement in Huojia County, Xinxiang City. The campaign, scheduled to close in July, mainly covered such key areas in counties (cities) and districts where collective patent infringements were prevalent. Breakthroughs were made to investigate and handle serious violations patentees were strongly concerned about in a bid to push forward the special campaign.
