The State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) recently announced that Taiwan residents can now participate in the annual national patent agent examination.

The move will offer more opportunities for Taiwan residents to work on the mainland and facilitate cross-Straits patent services.

According to a statement on the official SIPO website, this year's examination will be held on Nov 5 and 6 in several cities across the country.
