Recently, the People's Government of Wuhan City issued the Outline of Wuhan Intellectual Property Strategy (2011-2020). It includes preface, guiding ideas, strategic targets, strategic missions, strategic measures, implementation and assessment, 58 articles in total.
 
With the aim of building IPR model city, the Outline is playing a guiding role in IPR innovations in Wuhan East Lake National Independent-innovative Pilot Region. In order to improve the principle status of enterprises in the IPR creation and application in an all-round way, and transform the Wuhan scientific and educational advantages into IPR and economic superiorities, as well as to strengthen the IPR administrations and protection and the IPR cultural construction, the Outline is contributing to the establishment of East Lake National Independent-innovative Pilot Region and Innovative City. 2013-07-17
