WIPO Assistant Director General to Investigate IP Protection Work Nantong Textile City

 

Recently, World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Assistant Director-General Mr. Trevor C. Clarke and his working team came to Nantong Textile City, Jiangsu Province, to investigate the intellectual property protection, especially copyright protection for textile industry.
  
Mr. Clarke expressed that the Nantong's experience was very valuable and if popularized, other parts of China and many developing countries would benefit from it. Experts from WIPO would further study, summarize and promote the experience of IP protection work of Nantong home textile.

Clark and his party visited the Intellectual Property Management Office of Nantong Home Textile, Nantong Jiayusi Textile Group and other enterprises to learn more about the IP management rules and the corporate intellectual property management.
