And Chuandong Chemical claimed a victory in the law suit.

Gao Guangfan, president and general manager of Chuandong Chemical, said: "This new technology is the hallmark of our development. A company registered the patent, but we bought it back and industrialized it. It has brought us huge economic benefits, but if we have not applied for a legal patent, we realized that there would be no protection of our rights and our interests would not be safeguarded."
