On the 62nd China National Pharmaceuticals Fair (PHARMCHINA) ＆2009 Traditional Chinese Medicine Expo (TCMEX) held between Nov 26th and 28th, 2009, Sichuan Provincial IP Administration and Chengdu Municipal IP Administration joined hands to promote IP protection, receive complaints and reports on the spot and enforce law and inspection.

During the law enforcement and inspection process, they found out that exhibitor were strongly aware of the concept of patent and paid a lot of attention to patent protection. But there were still non-standard patent marks on the products. Law enforcement officials corrected more than 10 non-standard usages of patent marks and settled one patent dispute.
