On Aug 25th, Henan established the first IPR publicizing team, including 31 experts and scholars. Focusing on the implementation of intellectual property strategy, improvement of the creation, application, protection and management capability of IPR in the province, the team would launch a series of publicizing activities which would push Henan’s IP work to a new level. 2013-07-17
