Currently, Shanghai IP Administration Joint Conference Office organized a seminar to coordinately solve the City Management law enforcement issues regarding the establishment of IPR infringed goods and their transfer among executive law enforcement departments.

Departments would, based on the result of this conference, set the approaches for the establishment and transfer of illegal goods, effectively investigate and punish acts of infringement as setting up stands on the street.

Shanghai municipal government legal system office, Law Enforcement Agency, Commerce and Industry Bureau, Copyright Bureau, Culture Administrative Law Enforcement General Brigade and other related departments all sent representatives to attend the conference.
