Recently, "Multinational Enterprise Patent Administration and China's Hi-Tech Company Transnational Strategy" practice seminar was held in Shanghai. This seminar, catering to the local hi-tech enterprises' actual  needs of self-innovation and overseas development, covered the IPR issues of enterprises' development and operation and formulation of transnational strategy.

Issues ranged from overseas patent application, local IPR judicial protection, coping skills on the Art.337 of American Tariff Act, MNE's patent administration and incentive system for inventors, ways to maximize IPR value and other issues of enterprises' concern.
