The Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination recently gained the last batch of trademark registration certificates related to the emblem of Expo 2010 Shanghai China. The trademark registration work of the emblem was completely finished on the Chinese mainland, involving 45 categories of commodities and services in all.

The emblem of Shanghai Expo was unveiled on November 30, 2004. To protect the emblem and provide legal guarantees for the market development plan, the organizer of Shanghai Expo immediately applied trademark registrations of the emblem covering all kinds of commodities and services to the Trademark Bureau under State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
