SIPO Deputy Director Zhang Qin conducted researches on academic credentials education in IPR institute of Nanjing University of Science and Technology, and gave a special report titled Independent Innovation and IPR on June 9th.

During the research, Zhang Qin gained further understanding on disciplinary development, teaching troops, specialties designs and source of students of the institute. He also exchanged ideas and had an in-depth discussion with the university’s leaders on issues regarding specialized fundamental courses for IPR personnel, rational design of related majors within the institute, etc.
