Recently, owing to the imbalanced development of the intellectual property rights in high-tech industries, Suzhou has formulated and launched the Plan to Promote the Implementation of Classified Service on Intellectual Property Rights in High-tech Industries (hereinafter referred to as Plan) In the Plan, according to the difference in the number of patents, managerial personnel in charge of intellectual property rights, funds, institution implementation, application of patent information, protection of intellectual property rights, the high-tech industries in Suzhou can be divided into three broad categories. The Plan has also proposed corresponding questions on intellectual property rights. The Plan has also identified the guidelines, service modes, measures and priorities for each category.   2013-07-17
