On April 20, the first lecture of the 2009 National IP Tour Lectures was held in Hunan province. The head of the SIPO Patent Affairs Administration Department gave a special report entitled IP Strategy and Corporate Development. About 300 people from the units with IP pilot projects in Hunan province, enterprises with advantages and related enterprises and IPR administrations in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan attended the lecture.
