The three-day F1 2009 Chinese Grand Prix was recently held in Shanghai Circuit. In order to strengthen F1-related IPR protection and effectively eliminate and reduce rights infringement and counterfeits during the competition, Chen Zhixing, secretary general of the IP Joint Conference of Shanghai and Director of Shanghai IP Administration, led a delegation to the F1 venue for on-the-spot inspection on law enforcement. The number of rights infringement and counterfeit cases was reduced prominently compared with previous years.
