The three-day F1 2009 Chinese Grand Prix is recently held in Shanghai Circuit. In order to strengthen F1-related IPR protection and effectively eliminate and reduce right infringement and counterfeits during the competition, Chen Zhixing, Secretary General of the IP Joint Conference of Shanghai and Director of Shanghai IP Administration leads a delegation to the F1 venue for on-the-spot investigation and inspection on law enforcement.

Thanks to the early publicity and deployment of the rectification work, the number of right infringement and counterfeit reduces prominently compared with the previous years. The law-enforcement group inspects around and does not find practices of selling fake F1 commodities.
