With the approach of the ninth World Intellectual Property Day on April 26, Qinghai Provincial IP Administration recently held an activity of "IP Knowledge Entering Universities" in Qinghai University.

Ma Xudong, Doctorate holder of the Law Department of Qinghai University for Nationalities is invited to give a special academic lecture entitled "Intangible Cultural Heritages and IPR Protection" to the teachers and students in the Hall of Sci-Tech Report of Qinghai University; activities such as prize-giving quiz are also held in the campus with more than 1,500 copies of publicity materials delivered.

Through the publicity with abundant activities, teachers and students have further recognitions and understandings on IPR. Qinghai Provincial IP Administration also promotes the IP culture construction with "respecting knowledge, upholding innovation and being honest and law-binding" as the core in universities.
