Recently, Qingdao Hongju S&T Achievement Industrialization Center has been established, which will provide the patent inventors with such free services as patent consultation, feasibility studies, investment by holding shares, financing and transfer. 

 According to the related leader of the Science and Technology Bureau of the Sifang District under Qingdao City, the center will focus on promoting patent industrialization through financing and holding shares. 

The center is known to have opened a platform for scientific and technological achievements and patent technology information. Given this, more than 40 universities, scientific research institutions and enterprises such as Qingdao Technological University, Qingdao University of Science and Technology and the Special Truck Company (STC) under China National Heavy Duty Truck Corp., Ltd (CNHTC) have signed patent trusteeship agreements with the center, seeking to gain help in terms of patent trade, transformation, financing and industrialization.

Next, this center will make risk investment for some selected technological achievement projects by means of holding shares to accelerate the process of patent industrialization.
