Recently, Quzhou Intermediate Court of Zhejiang Province establishes the linkage mechanism of IPR protection with administrative departments such as Bureau for Industry and Commerce, Bureau of Science and Technology, Administration of Culture, Radio, Film and TV and Customs of Quzhou.

The mechanism covers four aspects. The first is the Joint Conference System. The joint conference is convened by the court twice a year to report the detailed information on IPR protection in their respective functions and exchange experience related to cracking down on IPR-infringement activities. The second is the Data Sharing System. The system is established to increase the awareness of various departments on IPR protection regulations in different fields. The third is the Joint Publicity System. Before the World Intellectual Property Day, they would launch a publicity week of IPR protection every year. The fourth is the Work Cooperation System. Measures will be taken to strengthen working connections, intensify the relations between administrative handling and judicial punishment and dredge the channels of case acceptance, case transfer, evidence collection, handling feedback and information report.
