The opening ceremony of the IP Tribunal of the People's Court of Luwan District of Shanghai is recently held at the "Bridge 8" Creative Industrial Park. Kong Xiangjun, Deputy Head of the IP Department of Supreme People's Court, Ying Yong, President of Shanghai Higher People's Court, and Xu Yibo, Secretary of CPC Luwan Committee attend the opening ceremony and deliver speeches.

As the fourth grassroots court authorized to try IP cases, Luwan court will try cases of IP disputes in fields other than patent, new plant variety and integrated circuit layout design, and IP-related administrative and criminal cases.
