A symposium is held recently in Wuhan, Hubei Province to solicit opinions for the Regulations for the Implementation of the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China (draft for opinion solicitation). More than 40 people including related leaders and staff members from SIPO and IP administration of various provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government attend the symposium.

At the symposium, related head of SIPO Legal Affairs Department introduces the information such as the background and contents of the modification of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Patent Law. Participants animatedly discuss the Regulations for the Implementation of the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China (draft for opinion solicitation), and put forward their opinions and suggestions on patent administration and protection, judicial protection, and patent administration for enterprises and institutions.
