On November 18, the IPR Report and Complaint Service Center of Hubei Province and Wuhan City (12312 hotline) and China (Wuhan) IPR Safeguarding Assistance Center are stationed in Wuhan branch venue of the Second Alliance of China Patent Technology Exchange Market (China Patent Week) to launch the work of IPR safeguarding, complaint and consultation.

In order to protect IPRs in Wuhan branch venue of China Patent Week, Wuhan 12312 center and China (Wuhan) IPR Safeguarding Assistance Center enter the venue to launch the work of IPR protection, accept IP-related complaints, hand out materials of IPR protection to representatives from enterprises, investors, inventors and patent agents who participate in the opening ceremony, and supply consultation services of IP-related laws and regulations. During the activity, they totally hand out more than 100 materials of IP information and provide consultation services for more than 50 people.

Jointly sponsored by Wuhan IP Administration and Qiaokou District IP Administration, the activity is held by Patent Technology Exhibiting and Trading Center of Wuhan, aiming at implementing the Compendium on China National IP Strategy, promoting the program of all-people starting businesses and patent achievement transformation, constructing an innovative Wuhan and accelerating the economic and social development of Wuhan.
