The 13th China Hardware Fair is held recently in Yongkang City of Zhejiang Province. During the three-day exhibition, an exhibition IPR complaint center established by several departments such as science and technology, industry and commerce, culture, public security and customs totally handles 21 complaints of patent infringements.

In order to pragmatically maintain the exhibition order of fair competition and harmonious development, the organization committee specially formulates Regulations on IPR Protection of the 13th China Hardware Fair. During the exhibition, the Center earnestly performs their functions and enforces law strictly on the basis of accepting and handling every single complaint. During the 13th China Hardware Fair, the Center totally accepts and handles 21 patent-related complaints. Of the amount, the number of complaints on the patents of design of non-standard door reaches 18, becoming a key area of complaints. After verification, all the patent infringing products in the 21 complaints are removed out of the fair, effectively purifying the exhibition environment and maintaining the legal rights and interests of IPR holders.
