Qinghai Province Held the News Conference on the Status of IP Protection

 

On April 24, the Higher People’s Court of Qinghai Province and Qinghai Provincial Intellectual Property Office jointly held the news conference on the status of IP protection in Qinghai Province. Qinghai Provincial Intellectual Property Office introduced the status of IP protection in Qinghai Province from 2017 to 2019, and the Higher People's Court of Qinghai Province introduced the status of IP judicial work from 2017 to 2019.

In the past three years, by strengthening top-level design, adjusting policy orientation, intensifying inter-department cooperation to crack down IP infringements and providing services for enterprises as per their actual demands, Qinghai Province has strengthened IP protection, stimulated corporate innovation and promoted high-quality development of IP, and remarkable results have been achieved in IP creation, application, protection, management and service. In the near future, Qinghai will release the Implementation Plan on Strengthening IP Protection of Qinghai Province and relevant promotion plans as soon as possible and reform and improve its IP protection system, in order to enhance IP protection and comprehensively improve the protection capacity and level. Qinghai will continue prioritizing the reforms to streamline administration, delegate powers, improve regulation, and upgrade services, in order to create a favorable business environment, provide better services for market players, stimulate innovation and further support the high-quality economic and social development of the whole province.
