Shenzhen plans to create a copyright registration center dedicated to serving rights owners from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. The move is expected to boost copyright trade in the region, local officials said. The city's goals also include providing support for 10 IP agencies and 60 innovation-driven companies by 2021, according to the city government's plan.
