The Guangdong Intellectual Property Trade Expo 2018 is scheduled to open in Guangzhou next month. Revolving around IP trade and operation, the event will comprise an exhibition, the Pearl River Forum and other themed activities, said Ma Xianmin, the province's top IP official. Highlights of the exhibition are set to include companies showcasing their new innovations, higher education institutions and research institutes' patented technologies, military-civilian integrated technological applications, a Belt and Road section and financial services.
