Liaoning province in Northeast China and the Belarusian State University signed a framework agreement on intellectual property cooperation, during a recent visit of an IP delegation headed by Li Changchun, chief of the provincial IP office. Both sides agreed on increased exchanges in personnel, information and research, regular academic seminars, and policies and training. In addition to Belarus, the delegation also visited Russia, to attract high-level professionals, import patented technologies and explore the IP market.
