The Chinese Trademark Association recently launched a geographical indications promotional event to solicit high-quality related products from across the country. They will be displayed at the 2018 China Trademark Festival, which is scheduled to be held in August. The GI event aims to use this special type of trademark to advance the growth of the rural economy and promote China-made agricultural products in the international market, said Ma Fu, president of the association.
