Recently, Xiamen Intellectual Property Office attended China Xiamen International Buddhist Items & Crafts Fair 2018 (Spring Edition) to conduct IPR protection. China (Xiamen) Assistance Center for IPR Enforcement provided services of patent consultation, IPR enforcement assistance as well as report and complaints to exhibitors and audience. 

During the fair, Xiamen Intellectual Property Office and China (Xiamen) Assistance Center for IPR Enforcement dispatched 30 people in total to attend joint law enforcement inspection of the fair; they inspected more than 100 stands, provided consultation of infringement determination of IP for many exhibitors, and corrected on site more than 20 non-standard patent markings. China (Xiamen) Assistance Center for IPR Enforcement propagandized and advocated IP-related laws and relevant patent knowledge, interpreted on relevant policies, and gave out more than 200 publicity materials including Protection Measures for Intellectual Property Rights during Exhibitions in Xiamen , Measures for Patent Markings and Dispute Resolution for Patent Infringement.
