The Anhui Intellectual Property Court was inaugurated at the end of August, a key move to advance the province's judicial reforms, local officials said. The IP-dedicated court has jurisdiction in civil and administrative cases concerning patents, know-how, software, new plant varieties, integrated circuit designs, well-known trademarks and monopoly disputes in Anhui province.
