IPR Protection Center for Chinese Businesses Venturing Out Operational

An IPR aid center for local enterprises doing business overseas was officially opened by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) during the session of the first national annual conference on commercial law recently.


The center will dedicate to publish IPR alerts  and set up databases of legal experts and legal documents. By conducting industrial researches, developing IPR dispute resolution mechanisms, offering IPR protection services at international trade fairs and organizing training courses and seminars, it aims to enhance Chinese businesses' awareness and capacity in coping with IPR issues while operating in oversea markets.
