Aigo Sues Toshiba for 1 Million Yuan

The case  Aigo sue Toshiba has made new progress recently. After triumphing in the first-instance, Aigo brought the case to the court and indemnified 1 million yuan in damages.


"Aigo's action does not only consider the benefit of itself, but also sets an example for other domestic IT companies to recover what they deserve when their IPRs was infringed. Aigo put in the huge manpower and resources to USB-PLUS technologies, we hope that IPRs can be respected", said Aigo IPR Director Huang Jing.


"At present, more than 100 million branded computers including HP and Toshiba are suspected of infringing Aigo's inventions in SATA connector", said Aigo Electronics President Gao Zhe. Aigo would take further actions to protect its IPRs depending on circumstances.
