The 14th regular meeting between Chinese and Russian premiers was held in Beijing on October 13, the two sides agreed to deepen cooperation in IPR protection.
The two sides will take measures to beef up cooperation in trade and economy and technologies, jointly stem global financial crisis and achieve mutual prosperity. To reach the goal, the two sides will step up cooperation in high tech and innovation, work hard to evaluate cooperation in communication, IT, IPR protection, continue to promote bilateral activities in anti-monopoly and competition policies, especially promote cooperation among the local governments in application of advertisements competition law within the framework of agreement on exchange and cooperation in unfair competition and anti-monopoly between China and Russia, which was singed on April 25, 1996.
