Speaking to the foreign experts celebrating the nation's 60th birthday on September 27, Vice Premier Li Keqiang stressed China's determination in deepening reform and open up and implementing strategies in talent and IP. 

Li said that China's stimulus package to spur economy is evidently working.  But global economic recovery might be slow and bumpy.  The foundation for domestic economic recovery is not stable.  China will maintain the consistency and stability of its macro economic policy, boost domestic demand, intensify structural adjustment, safeguard and improve people's livelihood, promote economic transition and innovative development and ensure smooth and relatively fast development. 

Li also stressed China's determination in deepening reform and open up and implementing strategies in talent and IP, continue import technology, perform international communication and cooperation in larger scope, broader areas and higher level to support China's modernization and peaceful development of the world.
