Ministry of Commerce recently signed the China-Peru Free Trade Agreement (FTA), which covers goods trade, service trade, investment, rules of origin, customs procedures, technical barrier to trade, sanitary or phytosanitary measure, dispute settlement, trade remedies, organizational problems, IP, geographical indications and other contents.
