The Supreme People's Court (SPC), March 29, published the Comments of the Supreme People's Court on Implementing the National Intellectual Property Strategy, instructing people's courts to implement the Strategy. A series of new measures are in place to ensure implementation of  the court-specific requirements in the Strategy and other requirements.

According to the Comments, IPR trial shall mind various relations, both execution of law and service of the social well-being, both protection of private right and upholding of public interest, lawful protection and proper protection, both protection of right and prevention of abuse; ensure the full implementation of the various tasks provided in the Outline of the National IP Strategy by the court system and ensure the fully coordinated and sustainable development of IPR trials.
