The inter-agency meeting secretariat for implementation of the national IPR strategy announced the National IPR Strategy Implementation Plan. 

The Plan was divided into two parts, including working requirements of this year's IPR strategy implementation work and the specific measures. The working requirements cover enhancing IPR legal situation, administrative management capacity and publicity and education. And the specific measures with 240 items range from promoting IPR creative ability, encouraging IPR transformation and utilization, quickening IPR legal system construction and elevating IPR law enforcement level to developing IPR agent service, impelling IPR cultural construction, enlarging foreign exchange and cooperation.
