Model enterprises

Shanghai cultivated 71 patent protection model enterprises and 102 IPR protection model firms since the city developed IPR protection pilot work in commercial system in 2003, according to the Shanghai Municipal Intellectual Property Office.

To stop counterfeit products from entering the market, these model enterprises are paying more attention to IPR issues. And many of them established a product database bearing the name of the patent and the valid date of each product.
