he just concluded Second China Patent Week is a true deal-making event.  Based on information from 16 provinces and seven vice-provincial cities, at the 47 events hosted by these localities, 178 contracts of 5.48 billion yuan and 12 million USD were inked.  Attendees expressed interest in another 300 technologies, which might be translated into 510 million yuan. 

During the five-day national event, localities displayed their top cards both online and offline.  A series of side events were also held to promote deals of patented technologies.  Nearly 20,000 companies and 110,000 participants either showcased or visited 5,620 booths while 70 seminars or workshops took place.
