The Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) revealed, since the Antimonopoly Law (AML) became effect on August 1, its Antimonopoly Bureau has received requests to review cases of market concentration nature for over a dozens times. As of November 19, it has brought 13 cases for investigation, decisions for 8 of which have been rendered.
