Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan gives instructions on implementation of the national intellectual property strategy in a meeting of ministers on November 21.  Taking the implementation as a critical task in studying and practicing scientific outlook on development, solving both immediate and fundamental problems, establishing a working mechanism with a goal for long term effect are some of the tones set by the CPC Polibureau Member.

Wang urges the meeting of ministers to assume its role in the implementation process and SIPO as an agency in charge to offer quality service and coordinate the process efficiently.  All agencies shall lend proper attention and concerted efforts.   

On November 25, SIPO organized a senior official meeting to instill the VP's instructions.  Commissioner Tian Lipu called the implementation SIPO's top priority in an extended period.  All personnel shall keep that in mind and do their assignments accordingly.
