IPR Law Enforcement Workshop of Central China Held in Changsha

Sponsored by SIPO, the first IPR Law Enforcement Workshop of Central China is recently held by Hunan Provincial IP Administration in Changsha. More than 50 people who are involved in IPR law enforcement in Henan, Hubei and Hunan participate in the workshop.

At the workshop, participants discuss the problems they encountered with in their practices and put forward many constructive opinions. Head of a related department of SIPO delivers a special lecture entitled the Comparative Study of Remedies Against Patent Infringement in China, France, Germany, Japan, Britain and the United States; people from Hunan Higher People’s Court and Changsha Intermediate People’s Court also give special lectures entitled Hot Issues in Trying IPR Cases and the Principles of Full Coverage, Equity and Superfluity Establishing in Patent Judicial Protection respectively.
